While on holidays, I used my Aunties Thermomix -I was soaking porridge oats in it and the base leaked everywhere, all over the counter, soaking & completely ruining her favourite BASIC cookbookwith handwritten notes all thru it. I dried it in a panic with a towel, then a hairdryer (at least an hour on sunny day but it was twice the width it had been originally with wrinkly pages. :( So I quickly got online, ordered this new cookbook, it arrived in days and I was happy to see it's SO much better than the original. May have to buy myself a replacement one for my 10 year old, dog eared, stained version too. It looks like it may be more waterproof -wil leave that for someone else to test. ;) Each page has one recipe and photos, much better.

These are soooooo yummy! I used 3/4 choc protein powder and 1/4 vanilla protein powder, plus used my thermomix to make the oat flour from oats.15secs in the microwave, and these are extra AMAZING!They also freeze really well too.Will def make them again!!
